FREE Do It Yourself Makeover Contest!

Here's how to play:  Grab a girlfriend, camera, and your makeover and hair supplies.  Take a before picture from the shoulders up - don't forget to look grumpy and have your hair pulled back.  LOL.  Give yourself your best makeover ever!  Do up your hair, your makeup, and take a great after shot - (shoulders and up only)don't forget to finish your look with a great big smile!  Upload your photos to photobucket and email the links to manda[@]thebeautifulblog.com Make sure to include your first name and email address so I know how to reach you! 

I'll post the entries during the entire month of February and we'll vote during the month of March!  You can vote for yourself but you'll want to get all your friends and family to vote for you, too!  Even though a great picture will help you look better, we will be voting on the best MAKEOVER not the best photography.  No fair photoshopping your picture (you can lighten /sharpen /crop the photo but no fair photoshopping out blemishes or making yourself look skinnier!!!)  

Search the blog for tips and tricks on makeup application and skin care.

The winner (whoever receives the most votes) will receive a filled Mary Kay compact.  Colors will be based on your picture.  I will contact you by email but you will need to send me your full name and address to receive the prize.  Continental US only. 

Some basic rules:  All entries must be from the shoulders up and G-rated, no racial slurs, nothing controversial, etc.  I reserve the right to disqualify anyone for any reason I deem neccessary.  If you enter more than once your previous entry will be deleted and replaced with your later entry.  All entried MUST be submitted by midnight on 2/29/2008.  You will be able to vote up until 3/31/2008.  Anyone from around the world can enter, but the person who receives the prize will be the person with the most votes who also lives in the Continental US.  Must be at least 10 different people entering to hold contest.  All entrants must be 18 or older.  Make sure your photos on photobucket are set to "public".  I will not use your photos for any other purpose than the contest.
